Castle Siege is a siege of a huge castle located in the Valley of Loren/Land of Trial. Owning a castle is a high honor and a huge advantage for any guild. But only the strongest heroes of the Final MU world are worthy to own these lands!

The siege takes place in the Valley of Loren and lasts 1 hour.

During a siege you can attack other participants without pressing Ctrl. Other guilds and characters can participate in the siege as neutral parties, but they cannot conquer the castle.

How to register for the siege:

Guild Registration period The time for a guildmaster to declare an attack on a castle.
Registration period for Sign of Lord Time to bid for the top 3 slots for the siege by using Sign of Lord to enhance their ranking.
Announcement Announces guilds that have been accepted into the guild siege.
Siege Warfare Starting time for siege.

Guildmasters must talk to the NPC and press the "Announce" button, after which their registration will be accepted. Only the main alliance's guildmaster may announce the intent of a siege to an NPC. Any member of the guild announcing the siege can submit a Sign of Lord(Players can get the Sign of Lord by hunting any monsters) during the registration period. The more guild members bring the Sign of Lord to an NPC, the higher the chance of becoming an attacking guild. When you click on an NPC in the roster, the guild name and ranking of allied guild names will be displayed. Clicking on an NPC will show information about the status of the siege. Only 3 guilds can participate in a siege with the highest number of Sign of Lord entries by the end of registration.

Castle Siege Basics

The invading team and their allies will have a sword badge and the defending team and their allies will have a shield badge.
Phonomania does not apply between the invading and defending guilds.
Guildmasters will have a crown badge on top instead of a sword or shield badge.
Neutral characters will not be marked as attackers or defenders.

The attacking/defending team alliance will be automatically enabled for both teams.

  • To win, the guildmaster must register his seal on the pedestal located in the throne room. If he manages to do so, his guild will become the owner of the castle.
  • Only the guildmaster can place his seal at the pedestal.
  • The seal can only be imprinted if the 2 switches (Crown Switch) that remove the protective field from the pedestal are pressed by members of the attacking guild. If at least one of them is not pressed or the guildmaster is killed, no imprinting takes place.
  • Time continues to run even after the seal is successfully imprinted, and the battle continues, but the teams switch roles.
  • The guild with the official seal registered on the pedestal will own the castle at the end of the siege.
  • Members of the guild that owns the castle (including the alliance guild) can teleport through the Valley of Loren passage to the castle.

Castle Siege System

Gates:

  • Castle gates have a certain Defense (Defense), Vitality (HP), Durability, they can be attacked  during a siege.
  • To greatly increase the damage dealt to defensive structures, it is recommended to use Potion of Bless and Potion of Soul.
  • The gate will not be restored until the siege is over.
  • A gate can be upgraded to a maximum of 3 levels of defense and durability. It is not possible to upgrade or repair the gate during a battle.

Statues:

  • Once all four statues in the castle have been destroyed, the shield protecting the entrance to the throne room is removed.
  • Only players on the defending team may pass through the shield as long as the statues are intact.
    Near the statue the HP/MP/AG recovery of the defenders of the castle takes place. The recovery level can be raised to a maximum of 3.
  • Statues have some protection, fortress and durability, they can be attacked (but do not attack themselves) only during a siege.
  • Statues can be upgraded to a maximum of 3 levels of defense, fortress and durability. It is not possible to upgrade or restore statues during a battle.

Towers:

  • Towers attack players around them.
  • Towers can be attacked and destroyed in the same way as statues or castle gates. However, this is not necessary.
  • Once the battle starts the statues will be protected by the towers

Potions:

  • Talk to Chaos Goblin and choose "Regular combination".
  • Potion of Blessing (helps only against gates and statues): 10 bottles of potion is made from one Jewel of Bless. 
  • Potion of Soul: 10 bottles of potion are made from one Jewel of Soul.
  • Potion of Bless and Potion of Soul can also be used as normal potions with the Q/W/E keys.
  • Only work on siege.
  • Potions give the following characteristics:

Mercenaries:

  • Castle defenders can hire soldiers to help in a siege (available from Davias Capital)

Life Stone:

  • Only the guildmaster of the attacking team uses the Life Stone. Once the stone is set, it becomes a rebirth area for the entire guild. If a member of the attacking team is killed, he will be reborn near the Place Life Stone and not outside the castle. 
  • It takes the guildmaster 60 seconds to place a Life Stone.
  • A placed Life Stone can be destroyed when attacked by attack or defense teams. Be careful not to hit your own Life Stone.
  • Life Stone can be bought in the store (Davias Capital)

The Throne Room:

  • Located at the very end of the castle.
  • Inside are 2 switches and a pedestal with a seal.

  • The entrance of the throne is protected by a shield that allows the attacking team to enter.
  • In order for the attackers to get in, they have to destroy all the statues.
  • When the attackers' guildmaster puts his seal on the pedestal (crown), the sword icon above their heads will change to the shield icon and they will have to defend their castle. Defenders will become attackers and can try to take the castle back.
  • The guild, whose seal stands at the end of the siege, becomes the owner of the castle.

Castle Territories:

  • Click on the Guard to enter the Land of Trial.

Members of the guild owning the castle may be allowed free passage, ordinary players, who are not members of the guild owning the castle, may be admitted to this location with the permission of the guildmaster.
If the owner of the castle has allowed the entrance of outsiders, all other players will be charged the set entrance fee at the entrance.

Owning a castle is the basis of calm character pumping, as well as an indicator of the strength and status of the guild!
