Peace Buff

On the FinalMU server, we added a special buff on exp

• When you are in the game and in the city (safe area), time is generated for Peace Buff
• Every second afk is credited to the future Peace Buff
• When you leave the city you will be given Peace Buff which adds 25% exp
• While Peace Buff hangs on you, his time is decreasing

• 1 second afk = 1 second Peace Buff
• If you exit the game, switch or reconstruction, Peace Buff will be cleared
• While Peace Buff hangs on you, you cannot generate Peace Buff
