Rena can drop from any mob on any location. Just type «Rena» in the clicker so your character picks them up automatically.
Collect 15 pieces and exchange them for one of the tickets:

Go to Lorencia, find the NPC Golden Archer there. His coordinates are 120 131. |

The Rena registration window will open. Press the «Registering Rena» button. |

Register 15 pieces and the NPC will drop one of the tickets on the ground. Which ticket it drops is chosen randomly. |

What are tickets for? Blood Castle Ticket - allows you to enter the event without a special pass (essentially replacing it). Unlike the pass, the Ticket is not tied to the number of Resets and lets you enter the event regardless of your current Reset. After 10 uses, the Ticket is consumed.
Devil Squere Ticket - allows you to enter the event without a special pass (essentially replacing it). Unlike the pass, the Ticket is not tied to the number of Resets and lets you enter the event regardless of your current Reset. After 10 uses, the Ticket is consumed.
Kalima Ticket - creates a teleport to the Kalima location, essentially replacing Lost Map +1 to +7. The Kalima location level depends on the character's level. After 10 uses, the Ticket is consumed. |

Help
You don't have to save up 15 Rena to register them. Each time you can register however many you've accumulated (even just 1), and when the total number of registered Rena reaches 15, the NPC will drop a ticket. This helps keep your inventory from getting cluttered.
If you have started doing the Main Quest, then save 5 Rena — they will come in handy later.
